Dinosaur adventure game Jurassic VR has racked up more than three million downloads on the App Store and Google Play.

The game lets users explore and interact with a park full of dinosaurs such as the T-Rex, velociraptor and Triceratops.

The game is only compatibe with Google Cardboard devices, and does not support the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive or Samsung Gear VR, yet impressively has reached three million players.

New world

Following its success in VR, publisher Rabbit Mountain is keen to invest further into the space and has signed a strategic partnership with VR and mobile games developer Zariba to work on new games.

The first title will be an episodic thriller in which players must escape a house by solving puzzles, all while uncovering a sinister plot.
