Google has rolled out its new Google Play Family Library sharing feature.

This allows users to share their Google Play libraries, including all games, apps, film, TV, and books, with up to five other people, at no additional cost.

Keep it in the family

Users have control over what gets shared amongst the Family Library, as well as being able to approve purchases made using the shared credit card.

People who are being shared with can also use their own credit cards or gift cards to purchase items for the shared library.

The service is not dissimilar to Google Play's Music family plan, which allows six people to share one premium Google Play Music account for $14.99 a month.
