Moloco and Xiaomi partner to expand global ad reach with machine learning

Machine learning and advertising company Moloco has partnered with Xiaomi to offer ad solutions that'll allow brands to reach a broader audience.
The strategic partnership aims to leverage Xiaomi's global reach, operating in over 100 countries, and Moloco's machine learning algorithms for personalised ad targeting.
The collaboration will also allow Moloco to deliver targeted ad placements on Xiaomi’s overseas app store GetApps. Advertisers can also access smartphone manufacturers' global user base and ad inventory.
Moloco said it has boosted Xiaomi’s global advertising performance using advanced machine learning since launching its pilot partnership in 2023.
Reaching users
Markets like Brazil, India, Turkey, and Germany now account for most of Xiaomi’s ad exposure.
“As the mobile advertising industry continues to evolve, demands for efficient monetisation and the ability to target and reach the right users from advertisers continue to grow," said Moloco CEO and co-founder Ikkjin Ahn.
“We are thrilled to partner with Xiaomi's International Internet Business Department and leverage Moloco’s deep expertise in machine learning and ad tech to not only enhance Xiaomi’s ad monetisation capabilities but also optimise the campaign results and ROI of the advertisers who work with us."
Xiaomi International Internet Business general manager Qiang Song commented: “Our partnership with Moloco has delivered significant results in ad monetisation and campaign optimisation.
He added: “We look forward to exploring more innovative models together in the future, further unlocking growth potential and creating greater commercial value for global brands and developers.”
