Learn how to Acquire, Engage and Monetise at PG Connects London 2015

Pocket Gamer Connects London 2015 is a little over a month away.

So, kicking off your mobile gaming year in style on the 13-14 January, we’ll be covering the major issues affecting the industry over seven epic tracks featuring hundreds of the leading industry speakers.

And, for those of you with free to play on the brain, we have the perfect track for you. Our Acquire, Engage, Monetise will be dominating proceedings onday 1 of the conference and we have plenty in store for those wanting to learn about the user life cycle.

From install to spend

Opening the track with a fantastic keynote speech will be Eric Seufert, head of marketing at Wooga and author of Freemium Economics. Taking a look at the major trends in the acquisition industry and providing a general overview, he will help set the scene for each of the tracks three phases.

First, we’ll be looking at how to make the most of your user acquisition efforts. Stefan Bielau will dive into advice on how to garner organic installs, before the likes of Twitter and AppLift provide advice on how to maximise the value of your ad spend.

We’ll then round that section off with a “UA Battle Plan”, featuring attendees from Rovio and Dots, who’ll give you the 101 on creating a solid marketing plan.

Then, we’ll turn our attention to the engagement element of the acquisition life cycle. After talks from the likes of Vungle and Fiksu, we’ll be talking to a panel of community engagement experts, managers and advertisers who’ll help to look at how to keep a user happy with your app.

And then we’ll turn to the all important monetization element of the gaming lifecycle. With the help of monetization mavens such as Nicholas Lovell, Mark Sorrell and our ever ebullient Jon Jordan, we’ll be having a free roaming discussion about the best ways to monetize a free to play game - before handing the reigns over to Remi Koscielny of Vivid to talk about monetizing a paid title.

And there’s more

If that wasn’t enough, we’ll also be hosting an afternoon of fringe talks on the topic. In particular, the Fiksu User Acquisition Master class hosted after lunch will help you to get great ideas and practical advice for your UA efforts in a friendly environment.

And if that wasn’t enough of a reason to come along, then there are plenty of others.

Our world class speaker selection is one of the best on the events scene; our meeting system is a first class way of ensuring you cram dozens of great meetings into your schedule and the fringe events like our party, Big Indie Pitch and Pecha Kucha sessions will keep the fun going on well into the evening.

In the words of a good mobile marketer, we’re confident that you’ll get fantastic ROI on your ticket to Pocket Gamer Connects London.

So come along to London and join the mobile gaming fun – we’re sure it’ll be a fantastic way to hit the ground running in 2015.
