Keywords has continued its string of acquisitions by picking up Madrid-based translation studio Sonox Audio Solutions.

The acquisition deal is worth €650,000 with €500,000 in cash and 24,881 shares. The Sonox team will stay on at the company after the acquisition is completed.

Sonox is a translation studio that offers audio dubbing and localisation services as well as text translation. It provided text translation for Super Evil Megacorp's Vainglory and Seriously's Best Fiends.

"The facilities, talent and financial strength of our audio offering in Spain is truly unrivalled."

This is Keyword's third acquisition in as many months. It picked up Player Research in October 2016 for $1.6 million, and Enzyme Testing Labs for $3.65 million in November 2016.
