King enters social casino space with soft-launched game Royal House Slots

King has soft-launched its first social casino game in partnership with developer PlayStudios called Royal House Slots.
As the name suggests, the game is a social casino slots game that has players bet virtual money on in-game slot machines. Coins can be won through the games or purchased as an IAP.
Royal House Slots also features King's trademark colourful art style, with a host of characters specifically designed for the game. It will include collectibles and boosters to keep players retained.

The game soft-launched on Android in Malaysia on August 31st 2017. It is currently unclear how long the game will remain in soft-launch before it is released worldwide.
Activision Blizzard had quietly announced that King would be partnering with PlayStudios in its Q1 FY17 financials. No other information was given at the time.
