Roblox revenue up 32% in Q4 2024 as losses narrow

Roblox revenue increased by 32% year-over-year $988.2 million in Q4 2024 as the company continued its journey toward profitability.
Bookings were up 21% Y/Y to $1.36bn. The company reported $221m in consolidated net losses, which have narrowed from the $240.4m loss in Q3 and $325.3m loss the year prior.
When it comes to engagement, average daily active users (DAUs) increased by 19% to 85.3m. The number of average monthly unique payers rose by 19% to 18.9m, while average bookings per monthly unique payer increased slightly by 1% to $15.97. Engagement hours rose by 21% Y/Y to 18.7 billion.
Steady growth
For the full year of 2024, revenue reached $3.6bn, up 29% Y/Y. Bookings totalled $4.3bn, up 24%. The company reported a consolidated net loss of $940.6m.
Average DAUs) grew by 21% to 82.9 million, and hours engaged increased by 23% to 73.5bn.
