Royal Kingdom revenue is ramping up and has now surpassed $50 million in gross player spending less than three months on from global launch.

As of February 11th, Dream Games' title has now made a total $51.8m from player spending, according to AppMagic estimates.

The figure includes Royal Kingdom’s $21.6m generated during its 19-month soft launch in the UK, Canada and other select regions.

Racing ahead

Since its global release on November 21st, 2024, expanding to countries like the US, Japan and South Korea, Royal Kingdom has generated over $30.1m, with the US leading player spending.

The country has contributed $20.6m to the game thus far, accounting for 68% of spend since global release and 40% over the game’s lifetime.

Both figures are ahead of the UK’s 39% contribution, formerly the largest market thanks to its long access through soft launch. Since Royal Kingdom’s global rollout, the UK has spent just $3.9m in-game. Including soft launch, UK players have spent $20.1m.

Canada has slipped from second to third place, meanwhile, with 9% of lifetime spending, or $4.6m. Before global launch, Canada’s contribution represented 17% of total earnings.

Like a dream

Royal Kingdom’s revenue has seen nine consecutive months of growth, from $681,000 during soft launch in May 2024, to $3m in November, $9.7m in December and $13.5m January 2025. Monthly revenue increased by 350% between launch month November and January 2025.

Daily player spending also hit a new record of $564,000 on February 8th.

The US’s acceleration through the rankings tracks with Royal Match’s success in the same market, as 55% of its $4.5 billion has come from the country.

Japan and South Korea represent Royal Match's second and third most lucrative markets, though this isn’t currently mirrored in Royal Kingdom’s performance.

On the US Google Play Store, Royal Match is currently ranked as the top grossing puzzle game while Royal Kingdom ranks sixth.

Royal Match also recorded its most lucrative month ever in January 2025, suggesting there’s no cannibalisation between Dream Games' match-3 titles thus far. However, it's worth noting the vast gulf between revenue for the two titles, with Royal Match generating $207.2m in January.
