Sweden-based Stillfront is tapping into the Warhammer IP with a new cross-platform title called Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000.

Set to release on mobile and PC, the strategy game will take place in the far future, where Space Marines, Orks, the Astra Militarum and Chaos Space Marines will do battle.

Pre-registrations are now open on Android and iOS.

Ready for war

This latest entry in the Supremacy series was unveiled during the Warhammer Skulls Festival, which took place on May 22nd, 2025.

There, it was revealed that Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000 will feature 30-player and 64-player maps with multiplayer conflicts spanning several weeks, with players’ decisions impacting military production, territorial control and shaping the in-game economy.

The ambition is to create a game where tactics span the full scope of a global conflict rather than focusing on skirmishes. At the same time, Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000 is targeting newcomers as well as more seasoned strategists.

Prior Supremacy titles, developed by Stillfront subsidiary Bytro Labs, include Supremacy: 1914, Supremacy: Call of War 1942 and Supremacy: World War 3.

Bytro Labs merged with Dorado Games this April into a new strategy games studio, Twin Harbour Interactive. The merged company is also involved in Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000.

"The team here working on Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000 are thrilled to have unveiled our upcoming title today," said senior product manager Hinrich Voelksen.

"We’re passionate and determined to create a free-to-play grand strategy experience authentic to the rich lore of Warhammer 40,000. A game with the depth and complexity that fans of the strategy genre seek, optimised for mobile and also available to download for PC. We can’t wait to reveal more with players soon."
