Supercell teams up with Hasbro to bring Transformers to Squad Busters

• Optimus Prime and Elita-1 debut as the first external characters to join the Squad Busters roster

Finnish studio Supercell has collaborated with Hasbro's Transformers franchise to bring the famous alien autobots to Squad Busters. 

The collaboration includes themed skins, modifiers, spells, and chests, coinciding with Transformers Day and the release of the upcoming Transformers One movie. 

Optimus Prime and Elita-1 will debut as the first external characters to join the Squad Busters roster.  This follows Supercell's recent collaboration with football star Erling Haaland in Clash of Clans. 

A first of many

The collaboration marks Squad Buster's first cross-promo event, which connects portals to the world of Cybertron. Players are introduced to ultimate evolutions and a new way to unlock them using star chests.

During the two-week collaboration event, players can permanently unlock Optimus Prime and Elita-1 by collecting energon in desert world battles and opening Transformers chests. 

After the event, these characters will occasionally be available in the shop and character lineups. 

In week 1 of the event, players can unlock Optimus Prime in baby, classic, and super evolutions, while week 2 offers the same for Elita-1.
