Jam City-owned mobile developer TinyCo has revealed its second Fox Interactive partnership with its latest game Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow.

As the title suggests, the game uses the Futurama license and TinyCo will collaborate with animation studio Rough Draft Studios on the visuals. Co-creators Matt Groening and David X. Cohen will also contribute some content to the game.

What form the game will actually take is currently unknown. It is likely to be similar to Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, TinyCo and Fox's first game to partner on.

Smaller and equally good

"Futurama is back, bigger and better than ever! Or possibly smaller and equally good. But either way, it’s back!” said David X. Cohen, co-developer and Executive Producer of Futurama.

"We’ve got completely new stories from the original writers, cast and animators. This is the real Futurama deal."

TinyCo was acquired by Panda Pop developer Jam City in July 2016. The studio was predicted to have been on course to generate $100 million in revenues in that year alone.
