Saudi-based mobile developer DaFluffs Games has raised 1.1 million riyals ($300,000) to accelerate development of its debut title Dungeon Blast.
The startup said it will also use the funds to expand its team as it aims to build a “gameplay-first studio" that aligns with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
Founded in 2024, DaFluffs Games is based in Saudi Arabia and is currently working on Dungeon Blast, a fast-paced roguelite that blends strategic shoot-and-move action with handcrafted worlds.
The investment is part of Exel by Merak's recent allocation of $300,000 each in 17 game startups as part of its gaming accelerator.
“Big step forward"
DaFluffs Games said the funding marks a key milestone in its mission to create fun, fast, and engaging titles for players.
