FTUE: Sandstorm: Pirate Wars

In our First Time User Experience videos, we play the first 10 minutes of F2P mobile games to experience how developers are onboarding their players in terms of the UX and basic tutorial process.

In this episode of FTUE, we play Ubisoft's Sandstorm: Pirate Wars (if Jon can get the name right!).

After the end

Set in a Mad Max-style post-apocalyptic world, the game has you upgrading your floating, flying death machine with guns and shields, while jetting around, fulfilling missions in a cut-throat pirate wars world.

There's also a surprising amount of branching narrative choices!
