Au revoir

Before joining Ubisoft, Duguet also worked with consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble and shampoo brand L'Oréal between 2002 and 2009.

"The appointment of Frédérick as Ubisoft's Chief Financial Officer is excellent news for the Group,” said Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot.

“His expertise, intimate knowledge of the company and deep understanding of the value creation drivers in the video game industry are all assets that will greatly aid Ubisoft in its new development phase.

“On behalf of all Ubisoft teams, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to Alain for his unfailing commitment throughout his 19 years with the company.

“With passion and rigour, Alain has been instrumental in shaping Ubisoft's success and the Group's profile as we know it today."
