Cross-platform multiplayer games backend service RallyHere has partnered with indie games studio ProbablyMonsters to change how its games are developed.

ProbablyMonsters will utilise RallyHere's services for its two debut titles Battle Barge and Hidden Grove.

As a subsidiary of Hi-Rez Ventures, RallyHere provides a product suite for game developers to build, operate, and maintain live service games across platforms.

The technology has been in development for nearly 20 years within Hi-Rez Studios and has been utilised by more than 200 million gamers worldwide so far via games such as SMITE, Paladins, and Rogue Company.

Praiseworthy backend service provider

“From our first conversations with ProbablyMonsters, it's been very clear that they have assembled a world-class team of game developers,” said Stewart Chisam, founder & CEO at RallyHere.

"As gamers, we’re incredibly excited about the games ProbablyMonsters are building. Their teams include many legends of the industry and we’ve been thrilled to work side by side with them as their backend partner."

ProbablyMonsters SVP Mark Subotnick added: “We asked each of our development teams to independently evaluate multiple backend eervice providers. RallyHere was chosen by each team independently. That really helped solidify for us that RallyHere was the best choice in the market."
