Appcharge launches Live Store Sync for real-time monetisation updates

Direct-to-consumer platform Appcharge has launched Live Store Sync.
Appcharge said that live store sync is powered by a “publisher-triggered API" and will allow monetisation teams to make changes to the web store across various devices.
Users can also update a variety of in-game elements in real time on a per-player basis. They can offer logic or pricing, customised bundles and pricing tiers, and personalised time-sensitive rewards or visuals.
This also extends to seasonal promotions or limited-time event-driven changes, all of which can be tailored to individual players for engagement and monetisation.
With over $500m in annual web store revenue, Appcharge emphasised the importance of speed and stability in live ops.
Moreover, it said the launch of its live store sync acts as a crucial safety net, ensuring monetisation teams can keep pace with their games.
Instant updates
“In mobile game monetisation, the difference between success and failure often comes down to speed - especially when it comes to fixing mistakes," said Appcharge CTO Amit Porat.
He added: “Until now, most publishers have had no way to update the web store experience on-demand. Fixes required engineering, overnight jobs, or batch syncing.
“Even a five-minute delay could mean thousands of players exposed to a mistake that shouldn’t have happened - and significant revenue loss.
“That’s why we built a new mechanism inside Appcharge’s Personalisation API - designed not just for offer optimisation, but for instant control and protection. Instead of five minutes, it takes five seconds to update your store."
