Games marketing company Flexion has partnered with EA to release the publisher's titles on alternative app stores.

The deal will bring select games to the Amazon App store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Xiaomi GetApps, and ONE Store.

The first of EA's games included in the partnership will launch in Q1 2025.

The marketing firm aims to reach new players through alternative stores which it claims can reduce the upfront cost for partners and boost revenue.

Reaching new audiences

“We’re delighted EA has chosen to work with us and can’t wait to launch their hit mobile games,” says Flexion CEO Jens Lauritzson.

“Developers make better margins, higher revenue and reach bigger audiences with broader market channels, like the alternative app stores. Using Flexion's expert third-party services to do this reduces upfront financial and manpower costs and therefore risk."

Last month, Flexion partnered with King to launch Candy Crush Solitaire on alternative app stores globally. The collaboration marks King’s first concurrent release across multiple marketplaces outside of the App Store and Google Play.
