AI-native games company Felicity has expanded to Singapore to grow its global presence with Felicity Labs.

As part of the move, Felicity said it will invest $1 million over the next 12-18 months to build a strong leadership team, expand its talent pool, and increase market penetration across the APAC region.

With its Singapore entity now serving as its Southeast Asia headquarters, Felicity aims to double its regional scale through expanded studio partnerships and targeted growth initiatives.

The new hub will focus on high-growth markets like Vietnam and Thailand, with the goal of increasing the SEA user base to over 2m by March 2026.

New opportunities

With operations in India, Türkiye, and now Singapore, the company plans to acquire more IPs, grow its talent and player base in new markets, appoint senior strategic leads and establish a regional developer network.

Felicity said it has raised $3.7m across two rounds, starting with a $700K pre-seed from DeVC, Swiggy founders, Kunal Shah, and other notable angels. It then closed a $3m seed round led by 3one4 Capital, MIXI Global, and T-Accelerate Capital.

“APAC is home to 1.5 billion gamers and a $70bn market becoming one of the fastest growing regions globally," said Felicity CEO and founder Anurag Choudhary. “We see this as a pivotal opportunity to build the future of gaming in the region.

“This expansion with Singapore will strengthen our ability to engage with local talent, partners, and communities in a region that has immense potential and is at the forefront of gaming innovation.”
