FPT Telecom and GAM Entertainment partner to elevate esports in Vietnam

• Both companies will produce TV shows, documentaries, and series to boost the esports scene in Vietnam

FPT Telecom has penned a cooperation agreement with GAM Entertainment to promote the development of esports in Vietnam. 

According to Vietnam.vn, this agreement will see both companies team up to build and grow esports into various fields, from education to digital content and telecommunications, to raise awareness and attract communities. 

Both companies will also hold esports tournaments and other video game events to expose and promote esports in Vietnam. 

Existing esports clubs in universities will also receive development support, paving the way for students to compete in local and international esports tournaments. 

Esports in Vietnam 

“FPT Telecom sees the opportunity to connect and increase customer experience in the context of esports gradually becoming popular," said FPT Telecom chairman Mr. Hoang Viet Anh. 

“Over the years, we have continuously improved the quality of infrastructure and increased connections both domestically and internationally to be always ready to accompany large and small eSports events." 

GAM Entertainment CEO TK Nguyen added: “Together, GAM Entertainment and FPT Telecom will 'Rise As One' to build an ecosystem that not only promotes the development of esports but also brings pride to Vietnam on the global stage." 

By leveraging FPT's digital media expertise, both companies will produce TV shows, documentaries, and series to boost the esports scene and elevate Vietnam's international presence.
