Pocket Gamer Connects London 2026 kicks off with talks from Arcadia Gaming Partners, Duolingo, the UK Video Games Council, and more!
Pocket Gamer Connects London 2026 has officially begun today, kicking off two days of networking, insightful sessions and knowledge sharing.
The show is taking place at the usual venue: The Brewery. However, this year we’ve also expanded to the Barbican Centre, complete with extra meeting space, the Apps Business Summit (January 19th) and the Beyond Games: Transmedia Summit (January 20th).
The show will play host to a series of talks from the games industry’s biggest names. We kicked off with a fireside chat with Arcadia Gaming Partners’ Akin Babayigit, followed by a UK Video Games Council panel starring UKIE CEO Nick Poole, The Games Angels founder Nick Button-Brown, JECO co-founder Emily Bailey, Miniclip CEO Saad Choudri and Chucklefish CEO Donna Orlowski.
Elsewhere we’ve got speakers from Duolingo, Sensor Tower, Unity China, Hyper Hippo, Epic Games, Ustwo Games, Curve Games, Meta, Tilting Point, Nazara Technologies, Zynga, Scopely, and many more. In fact, there are over 300 speakers delivering talks at the show!
We’ll be reporting live from the show - but don’t forget, if you miss any sessions, don’t panic! A number of the top sessions will be available on our YouTube channel over the next few weeks.
Networking hotbed
We’re expecting up to 3,000 industry professionals at this year’s conference. The list of attendees includes developers, publishers, investors, and tools and services providers.
We’ve got fringe events like Investor Connector, Publisher SpeedMatch and the Very Big Indie Pitch all taking place at PGC. Make sure you get yourself on to MeetToMatch too for more opportunities to meet your peers.
The event is buzzing - don’t forget, we’ve got extra space this year for meetings at the Barbican Centre to help you with all your networking needs.
We’re also continuing into the night with the Pocket Gamer Party, taking place tonight (January 19th) at Bounce. We’re celebrating Pocket Gamer’s 20th anniversary this year, so it’s an extra special one!
A big thank you to our sponsors for making it all possible.
See you at the show!
