Which Big Indie Pitch will you win this year?
- A speed-dating-styled pitching competition for fame, feedback and plaudits
- This year, we've already hosted Big Indie Pitches in London, San Francisco, Malmö, Barcelona, Edmonton and Shanghai
- Everyone comes away with genuinely useful feedback on their game
The Big Indie Pitch sees indie developers engage in a speed-dating-styled pitching competition for fame, feedback and plaudits. It’s a fun but hotly contested event that has proved a genuine game-changer for teams in the past.
- We begin by opening the submission process
- We then select the finalists who will pitch at the event
- At the event, every pitching team gets five minutes to state their case and face one minute of Q&A with the judges. Once the Big Indie Pitch klaxon blows, it’s time to change table and do it all again
- Once every team has pitched, the judges go off to deliberate and, once done, the winners are announced
- Every team gets expert feedback both at the event and afterwards
- The winners get the chance to have their game featured right here on PocketGamer.biz

Interested but unsure if you qualify?
This should help:
- You must be an indie developer or indie studio
- You can pitch games for mobile, console, handheld and PC
- You can pitch your game even if you’ve pitched it at a previous BIP
We prefer to see unreleased games, though we’re happy to see games that are out, too.
Whether you win or lose, everyone comes away with genuinely useful feedback on their game.
