M00m World raises $500,000 to launch mobile game and real-world collectables

Transmedia entertainment startup M00m World has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round.

Founded in 2023, M00m world is creating a cyberpunk universe that merges fashion, community, music, art, and commerce. Its ecosystem includes a mobile lifestyle game, a webcomic with collectible physical and digital products. 

The investment will help M00m World launch the full version of its mobile lifestyle game, expand its team, and scale its model that merges virtual and physical commerce. 

The funding will also be used to develop its ecosystem, where select in-game item purchases unlock real-world fashion and collectibles delivered to players.

The brand engages its dedicated community through weekly “m00mday” sessions and claims to reach over two million readers with its webcomic on the VoyceMe manga platform.

“Validating our belief" 

The funding round was fully led and subscribed by Boost VC, a venture firm known for supporting founders in the deep tech and sci-fi sector.
