Registration is now open for the largest event in the BlackBerry ecosystem - BlackBerry World 2012, which will run from 1-3 May in Orlando, Florida.
Session topics for the event include the BlackBerry 10 OS and devices, BlackBerry Mobile Fusion, and PlayBook OS 2.0, which could roll out to consumers as soon as 21 February.
Training courses will also be available, as will free hands-on labs, which offer attendees the opportunity to interact with the latest BlackBerry software.
And there's the Wireless Achievement Awards.
State of play
When we spoke with RIM's head of gaming Anders Jeppsson last week, he told us BlackBerry World would be the place to hear further details on his vision for 'serialisation of game state', a technology for sharing content across across devices.
"It's going to be a showcase differentiator for us because it will just work. Developers won't have to code for it and it will provide a better user experience," Jeppsson said.
The early bird
Those who register early will save $300 on the cost of a full conference past, while those who attended last year's event can save an additional $200 with the alumni discount.
To register, or for more information, head on over to the BlackBerry World website.
