Music website iLike reasonably boasts that the songs and bands it takes an interest in are well known for shooting up the iTunes charts, which has got iPhone developer Tapulous interested in a partnership.
"Every single album we've promoted in the past year, whether by iconic stars or emerging artists, has debuted in the iTunes top 10 albums, and most of them in the top three, says iLike president Ali Partovi.
Tapulous recently released another themed version of its hit iPhone game, Tap Tap Revenge exclusively featuring tracks and graphics of pop group Coldplay. Songs featured on Tap Tap Revenge have reportedly seen an increase in iTunes sales, and combined with iLikes loyal following, itll be interesting to see if game sales will similarly increase.
We're giving the 2.9 million Coldplay fans on iLike something to tap about, concludes Partovi.
