Savvy Games Group signs MoU with Al Jouf’s strategic office to develop games and esports

Savvy Games Group has penned a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the strategic office for the development of Al Jouf region (JSDO) focused on games and esports.
Traditionally Saudi Arabia’s agricultural hub, Al Jouf is now focusing on trade with northern countries and tourism as key sustainable economic drivers.
As part of this strategy, the region views games and esports as a core pillar that will support diversification and tourism efforts.
Under the MoU, Savvy and JSDO will collaborate on events and activities designed to attract gamers and esports fans to the region.
Fostering innovation
The collaboration also supports Savvy’s goal of building a strong games and esports ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030 and the National Gaming and Esports Strategy.
