More and more firms are taking to the PocketGamer.biz jobs board, with King.com, Kabam and PapayaMobile three of latest big players to list positions.
Social gaming specialist King.com, for instance, is on the hunt for a product manager, set to work out of the company's Stockholm offices.
Although it's a senior role, only a basic knowledge of software development is essential for candidates passion, leadership, innate curiosity and communication skills are all just as important.

Kabam, meanwhile, is seeking a developer relations manager to join its San Francisco HQ.
The role will involve identifying the best game developers to bring onto Kabam's platform, and requires 3-5 years of direct sales or business development experience within the mobile gaming industry.
PapayaMobile is also on the hunt for a business development director for its mobile cross promotion platform AppFlood.
Working in San Francisco and reporting directly to the company's CEO, this varied position involves building and maintaining relationships with developers, hiring for Papaya's North American expansion and speaking at industry events.
