It's still got some way to go to match up to the 100 million mobile sales of Tetris since 2005, but Rovio will be able to look back with some satisfaction on 2010.
Spread across iOS, Android and Ovi, Angry Birds has now done 36 million downloads, of which over 10 million have been paid via the Apple App Store.
Up, up and away
Still, it's got some way to go to meet its own target of 100 million free Android downloads; something it will be supporting with the release of a lightweight version of the game for mid-range Android phones.
It's also just released the first screenshot of its latest Angry Birds game - a Christmas themed version.
