MobileGamesBlog is reporting that managing director of Universomo Markku Hakala has stepped down from his position after almost three years.
Markku was the owner of the studio for more than five years before it was bought by THQ Wireless, and announced his resignation quietly through LinkedIn without much in the way of an explanation or his future plans.
Neither is there any word who'll be replacing him at the head of Universomo, which has been quite active again lately as an iPhone focused studio under the THQ Wireless banner.
After the brutal restructuring THQ Wireless underwent at the beginning of last year, much of its game development was shifted to the Universomo studio.
