Having made its mark as one of the UK's major mobile forces in 2012, NaturalMotion is looking to expand its pool of talent, taking to the PocketGamer.biz jobs board to fill three new positions.
The publisher which has been behind huge iOS hits such as My Horse and CSR Racing is on the hunt for a product lead to "own the vision for a game from concept to product path".
Also on the agenda is a producer/project manager to assist the "continual improvement of the production department", and a LAMP developer to "shape and develop important server-side functionality".
Natural expansion
Of the first position - based in Oxford - the publisher is after a candidate with two years or more experience as a product manager, project manager or producer.
Those applying need to boast a passion for "playing games, innovation, and about creating entirely new game experiences."
For the producer/project manager position, NaturalMotion claims it is looking for someone with previous experience of project management who is "looking for a real opportunity to move into a demanding production role within a company creating next-generation animation technology and games."
Those looking to apply for the job which will be based either in NaturalMotion's London or Oxford offices will needs outstanding organisational skills and be a creative and analytical thinker, amongst other qualities.
In order to secure the LAMP developer role based in Oxford applicants will need a detailed understanding of implementing large server applications, plus experience in capacity planning and large scale systems.
