The Big Indie Pitch is returning to Brighton once again, and this time Space Ape Games, Jagex, The Games Hub and BIP season sponsor G-STAR have joined us in order to make this year's Big Indie Pitch at Develop:Brighton even bigger and better than before. So, come on down to the British seaside, as we once again focus the spotlight on some of the world's best indie developers during Europe's key gaming event of the year.

The unique speed dating format gives each developer 4 minutes with each panel of experts, meaning entrants will get real feedback from the event. There's editorial coverage in Pocket Gamer, AppSpy and beyond on offer, making this a great chance to get you, your studio and your game played by the world. Alongside the chance to potentially win one of our bespoke Indie Prizes which allow the recipients access to a range of Steel Media's advertorial and consultancy services.

What? How? Who?

How it’ll work couldn’t be simpler. We’re inviting indie developers of all shapes and sizes along to a venue near the Develop:Brighton 2018 in order to pitch their games to our teams of tame journalists.

Twenty teams will run the gauntlet, giving their all in quickfire four-minute pitches to demonstrate that their title is worth of the Big Indie Pitch crown and coverage in the mobile games media.

REGISTER FOR THE PITCH

To register for The Big Indie Pitch at Develop:Brighton 2018 then simply head over to our REGISTRATION PAGE and register your details.

We'll then review the entries and inform the finalists regarding their inclusion.

All submissions will be notified if they are successful in their application to pitch at the event. Please note that all entrants must be able to attend the event and Steel Media will not cover cover costs associated with getting to the event.

Deadline for submissions is midnight on Wednesday July 8th (all approved pitchers will be emailed confirmation).

The event is completely FREE so sign up as a developer to let us know you're coming BUT be sure to sign up/come early as space is limited.

If you don't get into the competition, you are of course more than welcome to still come along and check out the competition, grab a drink, and enjoy all the networking.

Oh and if you're not sure what to expect, then you can check out all the epicness from last year's Big Indie Pitch at Develop:Brighton.
