Oberon/I-play man talking new language

Mike Breslin now spearheading marketing at MumboJumbo
The phrase 'games industry veteran' can have a hackneyed ring to it.

But with a CV graced with companies such as Mattel, Disney Interactive, Ion Storm and most recently Oberon Media/I-play, I think Mike Breslin's worthy of the title.

And now he's off to Dallas-based casual publisher MumboJumbo, joining its executive team as general manager - digital business & marketing,

Breslin will be leading the company's marketing and online efforts, as well as working with product development to create new brands.

"We're very excited to welcome Mike to the MumboJumbo family and to see where he takes MumboJumbo's franchises," said Mark Cottam, MumboJumbo's CEO.

"I am honoured to join such an experienced, accomplished and passionate team," said Breslin.

"MumboJumbo is synonymous with developing and publishing top premium casual games and building some of the most lucrative retail franchises in the history of casual games."

While working at Oberon, Breslin was involved with game series such as 24, James Patterson Women's Murder Club, Dream Day Wedding, Fast & Furious, Deal Or No Deal, and Bubble Town on mobile and iPhone.
