Demonstrating the platform's momentum, Facebook has added official support for Android, to go alongside its existing iPhone and web support.
Currently available in a beta form, features include enabling developers to make requests to the new Graph API, publish stories back to Facebook via Feed forms, and use of strong authentication using OAuth 2.0.
The tools are being open sourced and the library consists of a few lines of Java code.
And even more impressive is that the project was cooked up by Facebook intern Steven Soneff in a couple of weeks.
The code is available from github.
