Pushing on-device portal

Player X sales director Cedric Maisonnier joins Selatra
Irish mobile games specialist Selatra has announced Cedric Maisonnier has joined the company.

His primary role will be to oversee the launch of Selatra's on-device portal and cross-platform initiatives to new customers, as well as helping to manage its roster of 30 network operators and 60 content retailers.

He joins Selatra after sales management roles at EA, and most recently as sales director of Player X.

Expansive move

"We are very fortunate to have somebody with Cedric's knowledge and experience of mobile to beef up the team here," says Fergal O'Callaghan, Selatra's CEO.

"He comes to us with a proven track record in building and executing successful strategies, and really is the ideal match for our organization. We're very excited to have him with us at such an important time in our business."

Maisonnier is the most recent addition to Selatra's sales team, which includes Gergely Szijjarto from EA, and Oskari Hurme from Gameloft.

"This is a critical time for companies to focus on their core strengths," says Cedric Maisonnier.

"Selatra is providing fantastic fully managed back-end and store-front solutions for mobile retailers in several formats and in several ways."
