There has been plenty of speculation about the success, or otherwise, of Samsung's Galaxy Tab tablet.
But according to the Korea Herald at least, sales have been pretty good.
It's reported that Samsung has announced 600,000 sales in its first month of release, including 30,000 in Korea.
Samsung mobile head JK Shin recently predicted it would sell 1 million Galaxy Tabs globally during 2010.
Building momentum
The Android-powered device is currently available in more than 30 countries, typically purchased at a subsided price via a mobile operator.
In the UK, for example, it's available from £100 with a two year contract, up to £530 without any contract.
Apple's iPad sold one million units in 28 days. It's being launched in Korea on November 30, with more than 40,000 pre-orders reported by Apple's local distributor KT Corp.
