In 2011, the big mobile computing OS launch will be Nokia and Intel's MeeGo.
But while there's been plenty of information available about the netbook, tablet and smartphone OS, there hasn't been any news about actual devices.
Indeed, there's still not any, apart from the assumption that Intel will lead with a tablet, with Nokia phones not being released until later in the spring.
Working model
However, at an Intel developers conference in Russia, two prototype demonstration devices - cased in what looks like generic plastic shells, not consumer designs - were used to demonstrate how the OS worked.
Both used Intel's Atom processors, and the smartphone (above) had a frontfacing camera, with a 5MP flash unit on the back. The tablet was iPad-sized, also with a frontfacing camera.
