US studio NimbleBit has started the new year in style with the announcement that its freemium game Pocket Frogs has done 4 million downloads.
That's up 800,000 on its previous 3.2 million total that was announced at the start of December 2010.
Everyone's frogging
Back then, the developer said peak daily usage was 350,000 players, and there had been 16.5 million consumables obtained via in-app purchases. Obviously, those numbers will have since increased.
And an even larger number is the 15 million downloads that all NimbleBit's games such as Scoops, Sky Burger, Moon Drop and Dizzypad have racked up since the company started releasing for iOS.
