Social and casual gaming on the agenda

Booyah, Yazino, Facebook and Google confirmed as speakers for Evolve London 2011
Organisers behind December's Evolve London 2011 has unveiled a host of speakers for the one day event, with the conference set to play host to a look at the growing number of mobile social studios.

Joining location-based specialist Booyah will be 'new wave' developer Yazino, which pitches itself as a studio focused on delivering "real-time synchronous experiences".

Major social players Facebook and Google will also take to the stage to lay out their strategies, including a look at the future of online gaming.

Social surge

"Not only are we seeing the major online games platforms getting more innovative, we're also seeing a new breed of social and casual developers embrace new technologies and platforms to create a new generation of gamers and gaming," said Andy Lane, MD of Evolve organiser Tandem Events.

"These are exiting times and they sum up the spirit of Evolve. Delegates will discover just how rapidly this market is evolving, learn from the challenges our speakers have faced and benefit from their experiences and successes."

Passes for the December 1 event – which will also include panel sessions and networking opportunities – can be picked up from Evolve's website for an early bird price of £245.
