As the big mobile developers and publishers start to tune up for the key holiday season, monetisation and advertising networks are already seeing the results.
German-headquartered SponsorPay used to be all about PC and browser-based games but 2012 has seen mobile activity boom to parity.
And it's continuing to grow fast.
On the up
CRO and co-founder Janis Zech claimed the number of monthly transactions across its mobile network had more than doubled during Q3.
"We expect Q4 to be even stronger," he said.
Reinforcing this growth, SponsorPay has added the US arm of Korean giant Nexon to its value-exchange platform. Russian publisher Alawar and Tetris Online are two other new deals.
"We have experienced great results with SponsorPay," said Julia Nabieva, Alawar's head of mobile games sales
"Its holistic approach to user acquisition and monetisation has been instrumental in increasing both the exposure and overall revenue of our applications."
Other partners include Zynga, EA, Outfit7 and Animoca
Expand, everywhere
SponsorPay offers a variety of products from its incentivised Unlock option - which doesn't use virtual currency but provides users with direct access to digital goods and premium content - to its tablet offer wall, and video advertising.
Alongside this activity, SponsorPay has expanded its US team to 15, with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.
The company's total headcount is now more than 140 and growing.
"Attracting the industry's top talent continues to be at the forefront of our priorities," remarked Projjol Banerjea, its VP of marketing and talent.
