Boss Alien, the Brighton-based developer of F2P poster child CSR Racing, is currently recruiting for the position of senior programmer, and has taken to the PocketGamer.biz jobs board in its hunt for talent.
Following the well-documented financial success of CSR Racing, the studio is expanding, and seeking "a few experienced programmers to play key roles on our team."
As such, Boss Alien wants to hear from applicants with industry experience and at least three published games on their CVs.
Senior alien
The role itself will require an expert knowledge of C++ or C#, wide experience of the architecture of current games and superb communication skills.
Furthermore, the ideal applicant will have been actively involved in mentoring or leading junior team members, and enjoys doing so.
Boss Alien and NaturalMotion's CSR Racing
Boss Alien, which is owned by CSR Racing publisher NaturalMotion, isn't just seeking a talented programmer though.
Racing ahead
The company is looking for a friendly and passionate person who's keen to learn new things as well as sharing their knowledge with others.
Or, as the job's person specification succinctly puts it: "you're smart, nice and you get things done."
If that sounds like you, then you can find out more about the position and apply from the PocketGamer.biz jobs board, and find details of other industry vacancies while you're there.
