Kamcord raises $10 million to expand its video streaming goal from games to all apps

Following a $15 million funding round in December 2014, US mobile game video streaming platform Kamcord has raised a further $10 million.

The Series C round was lead by Time Warner and is based around Kamcord expanding from its current games focus to streaming video footage of any mobile app.

Existing investors such as Tencent, TransLink Capital, XG Ventures, Plug & Play Ventures and Wargaming also participated in the round.

According to TechCrunch, Kamcord - which has generated around $1 million in sales - is now valued at more than $100 million.
