New UK mobile games publisher Boomdash Digital has picked up the rights to publish a game based on the world of the horror classic Evil Dead.

The title, called Evil Dead: Endless Nightmare, is based on the remake of the original film.

The running dead

The first-person runner has players running from a secluded cabin and tasks them surviving through the Deadite infested woods by avoiding obstacles and wielding weapons against bloodthirsty Deadites.

Evil Dead: Endless Nightmare has been released on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

It marks one of the first titles that the Manchester-based company has published. It currently works with developers such as Yippee Entertainment, Panza Games and Play Demand.

The company offers help with QA, production, monetisation and discovery for mobile games.
