What does your role entail?
Mainly managing a customer success team.
Why did you want to work in the games industry?
The gaming industry is a perfect industry: diverse, young, dynamic.
What advice would you give to anyone looking to get into the games industry?
Learn as much as you can. Try to test things and ask lots of questions.
What are your thoughts on the industry in the last 12 months?
We are moving to a more privacy-centric world looking more at aggregated data rather than user-level data. This is a huge shift for the industry. We know less about specific users and need to look more at trends from a bird’s eye view.
What do you expect to see in the next 12 months?
Predictions of users will be a key factor.
How has the games industry changed since you first started?

A lot changed! One big example is the changes made by Apple.
Which part of the Connects event are you most looking forward to?
I’m looking forward to networking. I also hope that we can meet in person again soon.
