Social predictive analytics firm Ninja Metrics has announced its newly-hired Chief Customer Officer is Jeremy Monroe, former GM of Wargaming America.
Monroe is an industry veteran, with previous employers including Activision and Frogster (now Gameforge Berlin), as well as his more recent position at Wargaming America in which he presided over the firm's foray into North American publishing.

As for Ninja Metrics, the Californian outfit is looking to get the most out of its Katana Social Analytics Engine, a fully-automated software which measures a player's "social influence" based on their in-game behaviour.
“Jeremy brings his extensive experience and strong community skills to Ninja Metrics where he can help clients utilize all the benefits of our Katana Engine,” says Ninja Metrics' CEO Dmitri Williams.
“There are so many features our clients can take advantage of and Jeremy is the perfect liaison to make sure they are seeing all the benefit from knowing where these social whales are playing.”
