Develop:Brighton brings the games industry back to the seafront on July 12-14

Develop Conference is returning to Brighton once again on 12-14 July, and it's bringing some of the gaming world's biggest talent with it.

There's ten unique tracks running across the three days, covering every aspect of game development, from art and design to marketing and funding.

And while it's not strictly mobile, we'll be there covering everything relevant to our readers.

Big names, big games

Star of the show is without a doubt Hideo Kojima, an industry legend who will be discussing the video game landscape and how we got here.

On the mobile side, indie darling Rami Ismail will be hosting an Ask Rami session, where he too talks about the state of mobile games, as well as taking questions from the audience.

And Space Ape CEO Simon Hade will be giving a talk on what Rival Kingdoms taught the company about marketing through the mistakes it made.

There will also be talks and panels featuring Ella Romanos, Indie Maven and co-founder of We Heart Dragons, Leanne Bayley, and representatives from Square Enix, Mediatonic, and many more.

Gold star

Along with the talks and sessions, Develop:Brighton will also play host to the Develop Awards on 13 July, awarding developers across 21 categories for excellence in their craft.

We'll also be hosting one of our Big Indie Pitches on 12 July, where indie developers can get their games in front of journalists and members of the mobile industry in a speed-dating style competition.

You can purchase tickets for Develop:Brighton over on the official website.
