The winners of the first ever Mobile Games Awards in assocation with Game Insight have been revealed during a sell-out ceremony filled with the hottest games companies and key personnel.
Industry veteran Kristian Segerstrale was awarded the Mobile Legend accolade for his services to the industry. He’s been a pioneer in the mobile and free-to-play spaces for years, founding some of the industry’s most successful companies in Glu Mobile (Macrospace) and Playfish.
Segerstrale was also an early investor in Supercell before the famous Finnish developer hit the big time, and is currently CEO of Vainglory developer Super Evil Megacorp, one of the leading mobile esports developers in the world.
