Digital Chocolate franchises bound for Appitalism as two firms sign partnership
Appitalism's drive to sure up content for its multiplatform app store continues, with parent company Mobile Streams announcing it's signed a deal to secure key releases from Digital Chocolate's library.

Termed as a global content and marketing agreement, some of the publisher's biggest franchises – including Rollercoaster Rush, Crazy Penguin Catapult and Tower Bloxx Deluxe – will now appear on Appitalism for Android, BlackBerry, Java and PC.

"Digital Chocolate is a global leader in bringing compelling social and casual game experiences to users across multiple platforms," said Digital Chocolate COO Jason Loia.

"The Appitalism network provides us with a new opportunity to reach an extended base of fans who want to download and play our popular games.

"We're also interested in hearing what members think about our titles through the site’s review forums as player feedback is imperative to our development of new and existing games and game services."

The Digital Chocolate deal follows on from a similar agreement with Irish games service provider Seletra, which saw the firm extend its existing licensing agreement with Appitalism.

"Mobile games are extremely popular and we are delighted to have Digital Chocolate providing us with their high quality content to enhance our service," added Appitalism and Mobile Streams CEO Simon Buckingham.
