GamesAnalytics signs up fiveonenine to improve player experience in its new politically relevant games
Player satisfaction outfit GamesAnalytics has signed up another social mobile client in the form of new US publisher fiveonenine.

It's a joint venture from traditional media outfits E.W. Scripps and Capitol Broadcasting that will be launching its first games on mobile and Facebook over the coming months. It hopes to bring more social interaction into the sector by linking them with real world news events.

Its first release will be Political Rampage.

Personalised experience

Edinburgh-based GamesAnalytics enables developers to segment significant player behaviours, and hence better tailor the game experience to their players, in turn driving retention and monetisation.

"It's very exciting for GamesAnalytics to be working with fiveonenine games," said GamesAnalytics' COO and co-founder Mark Robinson.

"Its vision for social gaming puts the player at the centre of game design and we are able to support this through real-time predictive analytics to improve both player satisfaction and game revenues."

Fiveonenine's CEO Lloyd Melnick added, "Partnering with GamesAnalytics will enable us to fully understand and predict player behaviours, which is essential to allow us to drive player satisfaction."

GamesAnalytics will be exhibiting in booth #833, North Hall at GDC 2012.
