With third-party publishing now a core element of its business, Glu is pushing out into Asia.
It's announced the expansion of its operations in Japan and Korea.
Shinsuke Mori, who most recently ran GREE UK (until its sudden closure), will be Glu's Japan country manager.
Jay Kim takes a similar position in Korea. He previously worked for Razer in the country.
Talent spotters
"Glu continues to expand across Asia at a rapid pace and we are pleased to add the expertise of Shinsuke Mori and Jay Kim to our team," said president of publishing, Chris Akhavan.
"We anticipate that their deep knowledge of the Japanese and Korean gaming markets will strengthen our first and third party growth.
"Glu remains focused on forging new relationships in Asia while continuing to bring great content to more gamers across the region."
The company says that it's seen revenues in the APAC region grow 32 percent year-on-year.
