Bandai Namco (TYO:7832) has released its financials for the first half of its FY17 for the six months ending September 30th 2016.

Going strong
For the Network Entertainment segment, which includes mobile games, the company posted sales of $1.72 billion, an increase of 22.1% year-on-year.
It didn't break out mobile sales separately, but pointed to Japan-only The iDOLM@ASTER Cindrella Girls: Starlight Stage and the global success of Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle as key in its mobile figures.
Bandai Namco did however post sales of $189.1 million for the Dragon Ball IP overall. The franchise has not seen a major release this fiscal year, suggesting healthy sales from live ops of Dokkan Battle.
