Our client is looking for a creative senior games designer to join their studio and lead the production of new and exciting casino games to multiple markets, from idea to final product.
This is a hybrid working role, working two days in their Burton upon Trent office.
Games Designer's Main Responsibilities
- Development and presentation of new game ideas, mechanics and concepts that meet a creative brief.
- To work with the rest of the studio, to prove the viability of concepts prior to further development.
- To work collaboratively with a wider development team to creatively direct the production of the games from concept to final product.
Requirements:
- - A passion for games and an excellent understanding of what makes a game appealing.
- Experience creating and delivering casino/slot games/gambling games.
- A wide knowledge of existing game types, structures, mechanics, and standards of presentation across different markets.
- Ability to use a wide variety of visual design tools to design and storyboard game ideas.
- Good understanding of mathematical game control, methods and their implementation
- Good understanding of the game approval process in different markets.
